Ok so i like this Girl and my Best Friend likes the girl and he likes this Girls Friend (this Will get confusing) my worse enemy has a crush on the girl i like my other worse enemy likes the girl my friend likes

that was kinda confusing but i think i get it.
as a girl i think the best way for you to ask her is just be honest....tell her how you feel and that you would like to get the chance to get to know her as more than just a friend.
one thing you have to make sure you don't do is say you love her because i know it may seem a dumb thing to say but one of my mates said that to a girl and it completly backfired.
just keep it simple and tell the truth.
dont know if that is actually helpful but tell me how you do.
