It's almost 50 years old so your parents probably weren't even alive when this film came out at 'the pictures' (that's what they used to call the movies).
If you haven't experienced Swiss Family Robinson, you are really missing out!
This Walt Disney classic is a throwback to the glory years of film-making, where human and animal safety was considerably less important than getting the right shot - and the sweeping musical scores can never be replicated.
The story follows a family shipwrecked in the Pacific. After reaching a deserted island, they set up home (in a tree!) and secure the island from the threat of the local wildlife, the elements and pirates from the orient.
This is the type of film you can watch with friends, siblings, parents and even grandparents.
Pop will probably tell you about the 20 miles he had to walk to see it on the big screen too!
